以后一号高速要更加堵了

那里新房70-80万买到，单个人觉得近几年不会有太大胜浮，longbay那面开发后，位置要比silverdale方便点吧。

我觉得也是，太远了，实在不方便
北岸上班还勉强可以，如果要过桥，那还不如去南边租房子得了
况且80万在近一点的地方也完全可以买房子了
