在路上准备左拐，被公交蹭了。我先停下的，公交车从左边过的时候把我车蹭了。现在，警察说我不安全变道，我压根还没变道呢，最多就是停的时候偏左，这是误判。现在怎么解决？自认倒霉？

这儿没有自认倒霉的说法，，，你再和警察说清楚，他们不会这么不讲理的。

I wanted to turn left but I did not. I just waited the bus pass me but i got the intersection first. When the bus passed me, the bus's wheel rubbed my car. My car was stayed in the lane, maybe a little bit facing left but i was still stay in my lane.

i hope you took photo before you moved your car...
if you can prove your car didnt cross the lane, is the bus's fault for coming onto your lane...
if not, is your fault..
you can call PCA - Police complain Authroity

不是，在symonds st 左转去 city rd 的路口，我等在那的，可能有点偏左，这是正常现象，转弯前习惯打一点左。那公交车没撞到我，但是他那个轮子凸出来的地方从我车头前刮过去了。照片是把车趴路边后才拍的。当时给吓到了。

I took photos after moving, It is my mistake. my car maybe had a little turn left, but didn't pass line to bus lane.

你不应该叫警察，应该让公车过去，记下时间，地点，车号，然后给公车公司打电话，说他们的车碰到你的车了，多半他们会赔的。

如果你没过线就没错对方不肯赔就直接告上小额法庭索赔唯一的问题就是你能否证明没过线

我拍了些地上的碎片，落在线的左边一点，但警察说这些碎片不能说明什么。除此之外就没什么能证明了。

目前看来你没什么有利的证据来证明，只能吃一堑长一智了。还有你这个驾驶习惯很不好，就是准备转的时候车轮打左一点，很容易出事。尤其紧急情况下误踩了油门就有生命危险了。
