Sorry can not type Chinese in the office.

Our team will transfer to Australia. And now it is the redeployment process. Just heard two local kiwis have been offered with the jobs in another team. I was so angry because my application was not successful. Those two kiwis always talk to each other on the daily basis and leave the job for other people to do. One of them is also not kind to our immigrants. The boss are blinded to give their job as they are the white color, not others. What the hell!

transfer, offered with, talk, leave, to do 去掉，neither not also, is， etc。。。。
老板没有给你这个工作，可能真的是你的英文问题吧？虽然也能交流，但是很多细节不注意的话，其实洋人的心里是很明白你的英文水平的。

Do you think those kiwi's writing skill is more better? I don't think so. Anyway, thanks for your advice.

如果相同或者差不多的情况下，肯定请英文母语的。
哪怕是这里出生的中国人，都比成年之后再来的要有优势

i'm sorry, but i think that's cuz ur english is not too good.. from wat u typed there, these's quite a lot of grammar mistakes.. apart from speaking, ur writing skills definitely needs improvement..

anyway, don't take this too hard. cheer up!

Hey, I am a Chinese with broken English too, but I managed to promote thru two Kiwis Company and one MNC, not being crooky, just want to mention that, before you blame someone, look what you can improve on and what you can offer to the company.

My first boss told me all the time (he is a typical White Kiwi), as an Asian if you go down the track on blaming everything under the sun, including your own downfalls were becoz of racism.

You will go no where, better to go back to your home country - but with that attitude, you will never success.

So all the best, go and ask your Boss the "Why" politely! See if you get an answer.
