I just got my OT payslip. 4 hours OT for 112 NZD, but the net I get only 77NZC , meaning I pay 35 NZD for tax? Is it normal? Actually my tax rate is 17.5%. My first OT payslip since I started working not long ago.... Anyone knows about it?

hello,,long time no see. ...

My company has a policy that they will pay OT right away when we did OT. I think it is one off. I only did OT several days ago and got the payslip for that OT today..... Do you have any ideas?

你这才交31%，正常阿。。。一般都33%。。。反正年底退税，无所谓的

这是暂时性的按照最高的税率收的，如果你年底的总收入不到60K的话明年会把多扣的税退给你的楼主。

Do i need to apply for tax rebate myself? Or it is automatically done by IRD?

当然不是自动的啦，一定要自己填表格，明年退税季开始的时候去退税咯~

IRD可不是散财童子~~没事儿的时候他们只罚款，不退钱。

按最高税率征收啊？为什么不按照现有年收入的个税税率去征收啊？

另外我之前的年收入比较低，所以在加入现在公司的时候是按照上年的收入选择税率的，但是按照现在的收入应该交高一点的税率，这个税率怎么调啊？公司的个税就是按照自己申报的还是本身package的收入的税率征收的啊？
