标题: 带过环避孕的妈妈们请近来 [打印本页]

目前不打算生老二，gp建议带环避孕，想问问妈妈们在这里带环好，还是回国带好呢？带上是不是要定期检查啊？我一个人带娃，怕带完后会不会人体不适应。打算年底回国，国内环的质量和这里的有差别么？有点小顾虑，毕竟觉得这里的医疗个各方面更安全些。妈妈们请说说，你们都在哪里带的环？多久做一次检查。谢谢

身边有些朋友是在family planning里用的带环，但是大多数的都说有副作用，有时肚子不舒服或是来月经的时候，流的血要比以前多。。。
不过可能也是case by case，或是是个人身体的素质不一样吧。

我是这两年在Family Planning带的环，刚开始有点不适应，不过两个礼拜就正常了。我觉得你要是在这里生活就在这里戴好。免得到时候检查麻烦。而且这里的护士态度都很好。这里是每五年换一次。两年妇科检查一次。

我用过这边的两种环，一种带荷尔蒙的iud,另一种没有。各上了两年，不带荷尔蒙的便宜，当时才90刀，月经比较多，后来发展到每次月经第二天都必须卧床，因为痛经，可是除了来月经不爽，剩下一个月都还不错。iud花费320刀就比较舒服，月经越来越少，后来就没有了。刚好我那两年上学加上班，铁人一般早上七点起床，到晚上十点下班回家，这样坚持了两年，没旷过课，工作没请过假，当然也没有耽误同居，你懂的。取环后一个月来月经，也没有月经不调经期紊乱什么的。半年后顺利怀孕，一举得男。中途也没有检查，好像五年内没有掉出来就不要管。五年后要摘了。
个人建议，不要怕花钱，因为真的如果要忙起来的话，月经经痛什么的误事又痛苦。还是在这边上吧，天朝医务人员没什么良心的。

带环的坏处在于月经量会多，有时候会肚子疼。。。
好处就是不会有激素的刺激造成头痛，发胖，长痘子那些，不会因为忘记吃药打针出现意外情况。
本来选了很多种以后选来选去最后还是选择了这个方式。。。。

不是。。。。。

上环是随时上随时避孕，随时拿随时怀孕的。。。

这边应该就两种环，普通lUD和mirena激素环，我上的前者，有点后悔，因为月经又多时间又长，可以找family planning 做，有的GP也能做。个人觉得国内好像选择更多些，也都是进口环，生老二之前一直带，月经很正常，感觉比这边IUD好。

上了有荷尔蒙的，没有副作用，月经来的比以前少多了，基本上就没有了，也不经痛了！我gp说这种比较好，有些人因为来月经多也建议上这种！

完全是两回事。输卵管结扎是不可逆转的,以后再也不能怀孕了。环拿掉还能再生。

生完后带的环儿，头两次超多的，吓死了，差点儿就去拆了，但后来就好了。但例假时间变得好久，拖拖拉拉的，但不知道是不是现在压力过大的原因（上班的压力，，都没咋睡觉）。。。原来都例假都非常正常的。如果一年后还这样可能改成荷尔蒙的。但原来吃荷尔蒙的pill，由于个人体质问题我会起斑。。。纠结阿。。。

there's 1% chance of pregnancy for all hormonal contraception and IUDs. And it is way less chance than condom failure, which is 2%+

If you get chloasma with combined pills (COC), you can still try all other hormonal contraception, so you can try progestogen only pills (POP) if you like pills...or you can try Depo Provera, Jadelle or Mirena...
But it is common side effect for copper IUD that you get heavier and/or crampier periods

yes i got chloasma!!! After stop taking the pills I looked up and was thinking taking on the POP, but somehow I got pregnant within that month.... After birth kind of afraid of all the hormonal contraception will give me side effect so I got the IUD. Now I am thinking of that Jadelle,,, thanks for the information!!

All progestogen only options are ok for breast feeding, and POP is the one with least side effect, but POP you gotta be very good at taking them same time every day...
Otherwise if you are not planning to get preg soon, can consider Depo Provera...
Jadelle is good with minimal harm to health, but it also has it's possible down side...
Any query better go to your nearest Family Planning clinic so we can explain to you more about all options... Much more info than GP (cuz we deal with "these" all the time)

mnn... still have to think about it a lot before making a decision. you know last time I went to Family Planning they told me all about these and asked me to think about it, and i was thinking ,thinking and then three weeks later, tested positive for preg...
Anyway, really hope my period gets a bit more normal in the future and I can just stick to it~~

我带的是荷尔蒙环，本人觉得很好，因为没带以前痛经，月经量多，带了以后，这些问题都没有。不过就要给钱。350纽币啊。

我老公听说女的带了环容易性冷淡，担心我本来就对同房不怎么热情，再带了环不就更冷淡了。生完老二半年了也没理过他几回。不知道带了环的妈妈们有没有出现性冷淡方面的问题啊？想想有东西放里面就觉得不舒服，带环疼么？
