is it for your house in China or NZ ?

if china , then 房产证, your paretns should have one.

if NZ, then it's the title of your house, contact your solicitor for a copy , then sign by JP or your solicitors firm.

就你的房產交地稅的收據單正本 (這就是你們的房產證明)
上面有你們的owner姓名跟地址
COPY本好去給JP 簽名

我就拿了个copy件又复印了下去court找前台公证下签个字就是certified的了
