记得前几天有人问，正好最近收到信。分享一下。

Hi…,
2013 tax refund season is now open, so create your 2013 application and we'll start processing your claim.

Here’s why you should apply now:

If you do it now, you'll go in the draw to double your 2013 refund*.
Last year our customers' average refund was $428.
Over 90% of our customers overpaid their tax and were eligible for a refund.**
Maximum fun with fair fees:
Refunds under $20 : FREE
Refunds $20 - $50 : $5 fee
Refunds over $50 : $18% fee (min $18)

It's quick and easy to apply, simply create your 2013 application. If we're not your current tax agent, log on to check your details are correct so we can be in touch to confirm you are you, and start processing your 2013 tax refund.
Once the IRD have the information we need in May, we'll calculate your refund and let you know what you are owed.

Refunds over $50 : $18% fee (min $18)?这么坑爹？如果refund是51也要收18？

什么情况的人要做退税？有留学生买房出租，由中介管理，他本人回国了，要报税退税吗？

有收入的人可以申请。。。。俺默默的飘过。。。。。。

直接去IRD网上的calculator算一下就行了，有refund就申请PTS，欠钱就什么都不要做，不需要这些中介
