On sale from 1 September 2012 to 19 March 2013.

The problem
The bolts used to fasten the tricycle's handlebars are of insufficient length. The handlebars may detach during use, posing a potential loss of control for the rider and a serious risk of injury.

Huffy Slider tricycle, blue version, item number 98210Z.

The following batch numbers are affected: 34612E, 34712E, 34812E, 34912E and 35012E.

Sold at Kmart stores from 26 January 2013 to 15 February 2013.
