请问有哪位朋友知道基督城的法庭在哪吗？city center那边有一个，但我不知道具体地址。一个韩国人把我的摩托车撞坏了，他不赔，有保险公司也不上报。警察建议我告他，但我不知道去哪！谢谢啦。
