我想注册一个贸易公司，出口nz的红酒到中国，就是从这边的酒厂买入红酒，然后出口到中国。我想问一下大律师：像这种情况需要注册成什么类型的公司比较好？注册贸易公司有什么要求吗？
还有就是这样出口的话，我们需要考取什么证明吗？像红酒出口许可证什么的？

另外问一下如果让你们帮忙做注册公司的文件和过程，收费大概是什么样的？

您好，新西兰注册公司比较简单，不需要要求，也不需要解释公司业务。

但是如果需要进出口红酒，需要出口许可的，建议和我们直接预约联系吧。

Export requirements for wine

There are 2 different types of export requirements under the Wine Act:
general requirements, which all wine exporters must meet
requirements specific to the type of wine you are exporting.

If you export New Zealand grape wine, you must meet export eligibility requirements and any additional market-specific requirements.

If you export fruit wine, cider, perry or mead, or wine made from grapes not grown in New Zealand, you must register as an exporter.
