在新西兰同居三年后财产对半分。那其它国家是不是也是相似的政策呢？像澳大利亚，欧洲，美国等等。

The equal-sharing rules apply to your marriage, civil union or de facto relationship only if you have lived together for at least three years. It is covered in the Matrimonial Property Act 1976.

新西兰是无过失婚姻国家，但并不是所有国家都是如此

请问到底是同居三年，还是关系开始和持续三年?我看有的文件是写relationship持续三年，并没有说在一起居住三年啊。
