palmerston north police are encouraging residents to get close to their neighbours in the hopes of reducing theft.

the last ten days in the end of january of 2013 had seen at least three burglars caught。

a 60 year old man was caught in the act as he tried breaking into a car; 偷车
an 18 year old was caught after neighbours saw him trying to get into a car; 偷车
a 27 year old male was cuaght breaking into a home by the owner. the owner was subsequently assaulted. 房主随后被袭击

police are urging people to remain vigilant. 警察建议大家近期保持警惕

Mr Q中国老板很厉害，天天黑夜包括周末晚上在北帕最乱的市中心开酒吧，很多混混儿，老外去那里喝酒，吼叫，发泄，闹事，他都一个人守护着，微笑面对。他见过的北帕流氓和混混儿应该是最多的，有的甚至成为了他的朋友。。。。
