Company is not making money, no bunus. So what for to add bonus in the salary package? Namely, the package looks good with bonus, but actually it is not that good without bonus.... ..

What is yours?

我觉得bonus蛮好的啊。
之前的公司，我都离职了，但是财政年过后，因为公司赚了钱，还是跟我要了银行帐号，说要把前一个财政年的bonus打给我。。。

Been working for Telecom for close to 10 years, been getting almost full bonus for the past 10 years (yes they are suppose to be performance based bonus too).

Probably pay to ask the question before you join the company how realistic it is that a bonus is payed out every year.

Bonus 每年都会有的啦，只是每个人都有KPI，team有KPI, 公司也有KPI, 任何一个环节没有完成指标都会影响Bonus金额的，这有什么奇怪的。如果旱涝保收，那叫Salary.

我也只谈salary不谈bonus,这个东西真的不靠谱。
妈的我一月底离职，按说去年一整年都坐下来应该给2012年Bonus，但是由于公司迟迟不发bonus老板居然说由于发BONUS月我预计不在公司，所以没有~~~~有天理么~~！！！

I heard that the company wont give bonus this year as the profit is down, however, the workload in my area is increasing even more than previous year. Unfornately, my area is not the one that company rely to make money.......

do you work for telecom too? Based on experience even though when Telecom's revenue is down, but they are still making money though? Anyway i am the same as you, i work in the ops team and we are one of those group that are a cost to the company and don't help company generate revenue at all.

我的bonus每年大概都拿７成，算下来到手也就是１个月的工资。每年工作１１个月，带薪休假一个月，还多发一个月工资，我觉得挺满足的了。有点象国内的年底双薪。

if the bouns is realized, yes, it would be quite nice....It all depends on company profit. There are signs that my company will cancel the bonus for this year......

我们公司的bonus是７０％individual performance，３０％company performance。。。今年公司没赚钱，所以所有的bonus都按individual的来算。。比如说我的bonus是４千，我的个人performance是７分，公司不赚钱，我今年就拿２千８，而不是４千x７０％x７０％=＄１９６０。。。
之前我以为如果公司不赚钱，那３０％就没有了，结果公司把公司performance加到个人里去了。。。。不然拿得更少吧。。。
