请问有大侠用过WESTPAC的保险公司么？
Lumley General Insurance 是车险，房险；
人寿险是WESTPAC下的一个公司。
他家的保险好么？CLAIM起来方便么？

Lumley is a big insurance company (No3 in the market. 10% market share). It's parent company is Wesfarmers group in oz. So there is nothing to worry about.

No that's not correct. If you buy from Westpac, you will have a good discount and cheaper than you go directly to Lumley.

那你知不知道本地电视台（洋人的）曾经报道过一对本地夫妇带一个小BB 他们家burning down之后 Lumley拒绝赔付的事呢？似乎很多车行都用他家给客户上车险

Lumley only does direct insurance through Westpac. It's main business is broker business. That's why you will see a lot of car dealers use them.

For that claim case, this is very common among insurance companies. So you need make sure read your policy carefully about what is covered. Actually Lumley's policy is bad at all compare to others.
