什麽是"酒牌"呢?我在找關於餐館工作的時候,有的時候會碰上有這方面要求的...實在不知道什麽意思,有朋友幫忙解答一下嗎?{:7_365:}.正解后刪帖{:7_357:}

酒牌是酒執照，賣酒的許可。
這裡不像中國誰都可以出售酒精飲料，在這裡如果沒有酒牌出售酒精飲料就是違法。

合法的售酒餐廳里應該有2塊酒牌，1》是政府給餐廳簽發的酒牌，這個牌子是允許這家餐廳出售酒，2》是當班的經理必須也要有酒牌，這個牌子是讓經理監督餐廳出售，沒有違法相關法規 Sale of Liquor Act 1989.

當然酒牌也分了很多種，說來就話長了。

BYO （Bring your own)进餐的客人可以自带酒水，餐厅不能卖酒（有点像开车的限制驾照）
全酒牌，餐厅可以售卖酒，如果客人自带可能加收开瓶费或者服务费（像开车的全驾照）
还有没有酒牌的是既不能卖酒，客人也不能带进去喝的餐厅（不知道是不是属于learner驾照或者说没驾照）

楼主 你找工作 时候的要求 就是 叫做 liquor controller qualification 就去council 那里上个课就可以拿到了 然后你就可以在 有酒牌的餐厅里卖酒

這個還不夠哦，拿了LCQ后還必須去CITY COUNCIL面試，都過了才會發給你俗稱“酒牌”，其實叫MANAGER CERTIFICATE / 經理牌，這樣你就可以在店裡獨挑大樑了（好啦，有點誇張）。。

酒牌其實有分個人的和店家的，兩個不同概念。

俗称的酒牌其实正规叫做manager certificate，就是经理执照，有了这个执照可以在卖酒水的店铺售酒。只不过被中国人俗称简称缩称传称变成了“酒牌”。
去city council environment(好像叫这个吧，记不清了)申请上一个课程，当然要花钱的，然后考试（比较简单）有时候还会被抽查到面试，通过后拿到一个“liquor control qualification”简称LCQ,拿到这个还不算，还要再申请“manager certificate”，当然还是要花钱的（政府主要目的是收钱，大伙心知肚明，心照不宣），反正就是交钱，才能拿到经理牌。
卖酒的铺子有三种执照：on license, off license, club license.
on license也可以叫全执照，是允许在店内消费饮用的，off license是只能卖出去，不能再店内饮用，club license是比较特殊的，只供那些专门的俱乐部使用的执照。
以前考过这个，荒废了好几年了。

那请问，据说，考酒牌需要工作的地方出介绍信或者推荐信这样的东西~

所以，个人是没有办法考的吗？

不是，如果仅仅是您要考LCQ的话，可以去一些酒店管理学校去考这个课程。但是如果您想要得到manager certificate的话，就需要您工作的地方（已经拥有卖酒的license的地方）提供推荐信，和lcq的certificate。一起拿上，去citycouncil去申请哪个manager certificate。希望能帮到你。

那可以趁有空的时候先考个LCQ，然后如果要以后从事酒类的工作，再去申请manager certificate，对吧？

How do I apply for my manager’s certificate?

Please read the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 Advice Notes (104kb pdf)  for applicants before making any application for a Managers Certificate.

Download the Manager's Certificate application form (279kb pdf) or, visit our customer service centre to pick one up, or call 07 577 7000 to request an application be posted to you.

You must be over the age of 20 and have a minimum of six months experience working in licensed premises before you can get a manager’s certificate.  You must also provide a copy of your Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) and a copy of the LCQ Bridging Test Certificate.

What is a Licence Controller Qualification?

The Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) is the ‘prescribed qualification’ which is required to demonstrate that those applying for or renewing their  managers certificate have received recent and relevant training as set out in the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Regulations 2013.

No manager certificate will be issued unless that applicant has provided a copy of their Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) and an LCQ Bridging Test Certificate to the Agency.

How long does the certificate last?

One year from the date of issue for first application, thereafter three years.

Why do I need written references?

You need to support your application with written references to demonstrate that you have gained the necessary experience.  The references need to be signed by the licensee or club secretary of premises where you have experience working in the liquor industry.

What if I can’t get a reference?

You must provide references to get your manager’s certificate.

Can I apply for a manager’s certificate even if I don’t yet have a job?

You need to be currently working on a licensed premise before applying as you need to provide a supporting reference from your current employer.

Do I need to have any experience before applying for a manager’s certificate?

The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act requires that applicants have experience particularly recent experience within a licensed premises under the guidance of a certified manager or licensee.

如果我是准备在自己的餐馆卖酒，是不是先申请ON-LICENSE,然后再去读那个课程，再申请经理的面试。
