你想要的不就是Apple TV改DNS吗？
如果系统用android 4.2 的话，airplay是有版权的。

設定>一般>網路>設定 Wi-Fi >手動設定 TCP/IP 將 DNS改為 210.129.145.150或180.153.225.136
區域選擇「美國 United States」
進入「預告片」會發現多了 “奇藝”、 ”搜狐”、“PPTV”等線上影片源可以免費看

PPS根本就不能看，卡的要死，总之国内视频就不要在海外看了，真心没法看
只能YOUTUBE

其实只要IPAD接个高清转换线，接电视，我觉得很好，要遥控的话，买个蓝牙就可以了

楼主，能看懂你这些数据的人，基本上自己都有在家捣鼓类似于HTPC ，网络播放器的东西。
基于安卓系统国内还是有不少制作组在做的，也优化的很好，支持类似于海美迪美入画之类
的系统很多了，也做的不错，淘宝也有200多快的，自制作组别优化的系统卖。

总之，目前基于版权能看的，稳定的，就YOUTUBE了，所以IPAD+高清转换线，就解决了！！

PPS PPTV 优酷真心不要考虑在国外看，又不清晰，有卡，看了会让人发疯！！！

ye, you can JB for XBMC... but again, it is not an integrated solution

problem with IPAD + HDMI is ur ipad screen must be kept on for video to be playing. Apple ipad HDMI out costs like nzd79 and I got one....

算是说得过去吧，但这3条都有先天性的缺陷，不过承受缺陷的底线你产品的卖点，你认为你产品最大的卖点是什么？

the closest solution is Uhost v2, which is on the way, will get it just after xmas. However, they don't have a good programmer's team to get UI and remote control to work on the same line

其实说到最后，最好的解决办法是在海外多建几个国内视频网站的CDN，让海外的华人能流畅的看国内视频。
内容为王啊！现在国内的视频播放盒选择这么多，不给力的还是网络。
不是新西兰的网络部给力，是国内出口的带宽不给力。

I can read/write perfect Chinese, but Auckland Council's PC doesn't have any Chinese IME :( i was using cloud input for the post

2. SOHU live streaming is pretty fast
3. PPTV has no problem with network with Apps
4. PPS never has any problem with network lag

Again, it's Mr Dotcom's job to get NZ broadband issues sorted

你要看论坛上很多人的留言，大部分都抱怨新西兰的网络不好，无法流畅得看视频。
我的观点是在新西兰用youtube没有问题，因为youtube在这里有本地的cdn加速。
中国的视频网站不在大洋洲这里增加节点的话，不管这里的带宽怎么发展，看国内视频的速度都是慢的。
主要还是中国视频网站的目标客户都是在国内的，他们在短期内不会有海外扩展的意图，所以也不会在海外投资增加节点。
我这样说，还是在没有考虑本地的流量限制和宽带价格。

Stream Local Cache can be done, if programmed properly. can possibly to be some kind of paid service.
Youtube channel list serve as alternative, but if you look at what's out there, there are some really high quality, license series/show in youtube.
At the end of the day, download manager still available, will be price for money @ 120nzd for just an media player after all.
I have already ordered a android solution that got a similar spec and less integration on the way, will see how it goes whilst XBMC is still in Beta (I consider it to be pretty works perfect)

I agree with you... for that, there's no way round. License & copyright for contents are always hardest in the business.
It's a shame that there's no competition to SkyTV. Back in SA, there's only DSTV which is another huge crop, so huge that it partially own Tecent which is QQ...
