u should go get your line checked, many of us are using Telecom too and we don't experience the same problem as you. Since you mentioned about wifi, have you tried using a LAN cable and see if the line's performance is still as bad? (to rule out wifi issue).作者: 小蛮妞 时间: 2012-12-9 16:24:59

if you experience problem only yesterday, i think telecom did have an outage yesterday affecting some broadband customers (not all).
If you are experience slowness all the time, you should either complain to telecom to try to get it fixed, or switched ISP.
not everyone that complain about their ISP online are as computer literate as you (many of them don't even know what a DSL filter is).
I have been with Telecom broadband for >10 years now on 3 different addresses, and i have been one happy customer myself. Telecom is one of the largest ISP in NZ for a good reason.
