Bernard Hickey has been watching the property market closely for years.

So when Auckland house prices started skyrocketing past levels seen in the 2007 boom, he pounced.

The financial commentator has just sold his family's four-bedroom home in Epsom for more than $1 million, almost $400,000 more than he bought it for seven years ago.

所以投资若自己不懂而听信这些所谓的Financial commentator 的建议，最后的结果基本上是死路一条。这位砖家看来根本就不明白Property Cycle是怎么回事。

那个房子挺不错的。有850平方米大地的房子在Epsom，全新装修才卖1百零五万，感觉他卖便宜了。之前一个Grey Lynn的破房都卖的比这个贵。

850平的地不是平地，这个房子是盖在坡上的，而且还没有车库。

隔壁28 Halifax Ave类似的地形，地比26号小点，600平，屋况没有26号的号，3房前几周卖了800K。

- BERNARD 比起其它人, 我觉得还是一个比较靠谱, 有良知的经济学家. 这个CV990K的房子卖了百万多一点还算是合理..

新西兰房子最大的好处是房子和房子都不一样，没有可比性，由市场左右
