We are moving back to China next year, just wondering what should we do with our properties in Auckland? Sell them? Or continue renting them out? We will be coming back to NZ when our kids starting school in about 5 years. Thanks!

Two in Newmarket and 1 in New Windsor.

We are just worried about the property market might take a dive/bubble burst in the next few years.

Newmarket 的是apartment？New windsor 的应该是house吧？

apartment 不是很清楚。new windsor的房子个人觉得很难跌价。

可以PM我你的联系方式吗？我觉得现在市场非常不错，5年以后会不会是房产周期的最低潮呢？我不是太看好5年以后的市场。

个人看法大跌的可能性很小，倒是大涨的可能性大得多，到处都在印钱，恶性通涨的机会不小。
如果没有别的好的投资方式，留着出租比较好，交给房产管理的公司打理就是了。

如果楼主不缺钱的话,出租是最好的.但是你也要考虑租金回报是不是可以养你的房子.
