apply a job, but need to describe leadership style, anyone can help?
haven't been a manager, how can i talk about my style?

Do you want real answer or just get-by answer?

hehe, I don't think I can, cos haven't been a manager,would think what my answer will not match HR's req. so this why I want someone give me some idears.

A manager is different to a leader....

anyway. if you dont know how to answer it about yourself then no one else can!

thanks for your reply. as a manager should have its manage style, does it = leadership style? after search from google, found 6 main leardership styles, feel more academic. if you were me, how do u describe in your way pls?
