It seems that u made a misunderstanding.
I told never trust any agent,not "use" them.
And my point exactly is using agent carefully.
&very important advice : if there's a way to do it without agent, choose it!{:7_329:}

非常同意，我刚来时就被忽悠买了plaster房子。还好在最高点给卖了。

Although some agents exhibit very well,honest…
We can't deny a fact that all they do & say are trying to make u to make a final decision ASAP-get money in their pockets ASAP.
So if u choose an agent ,basically half of the outcome is controlled by agent.

看面相也不够滴啊，即使是信徒又能怎样?还不是一看情况该装傻就装傻，隐瞒≠欺骗，他们会在心里面这样说的。

同意。我的一个朋友在中介一再让他加价时直接说，我找你是为了买一个合适的房子，不是为了让你赚中介费的。
