收到信，一堆废话，意思就是每天电和煤气一起用的40c的discount没有了，变相提价将近10%，nnd，气死我了，打算投诉去{:7_380:}

插曲：收到Genesis Energy的信，给了个promo code，说有special offer。打个电话，问了一堆，说contact给我的deal很好了，他们没有更好的offer给我，晕死，天下乌鸦一般黑{:7_363:}

投诉起效果了，给了我50刀credit。具体如下:

We value you as a customer and don’t want to lose you. We can offer a $50.00 twelve month retention credit for you to stay. This means we would credit your account with $50.00 but if you switch to another company within the next twelve months you would have to pay the $50.00 back. Alternatively we can also offer 200 Bonus Fly Buys twelve month retention for you to stay however this has a $40.00 cancellation fee if you switch to another company.

我大概计较了一下，暂时还是contact便宜，没办法了

如果你是contact用户，发几封email也许也能要到50刀哦

信是这样说的:

每天电和煤气一起用的40c的discount没有了

但是电和煤气一起用有15% Discount

只不过这个discount不能跟其他discount累加 (22% online payment etc)

I have checked and with the previous DualEnergy 40c/day discount, i only get to save about NZ$12 per month. With my typical power bill of around $500 per month, i get to save way more through their 22% online payment saving.

以前是40Cdiscount以后再22%off，现在是只有22%off了

你500刀一个月，6000刀一年，建议你查查哪漏电了

i know, the 40C discount is a per day discount, $0.40 x 30days = $12.

I don't have power leak at home. I have two kids which mean our waching machine, dryer, dishwasher, heat pump etc are almost always on every day.

但是500刀還是很恐怖...我家四個人三間房..冬天的時候開heater也才300一個月

获得比 Contact online on-time 是完全可能的，只是要需要一些关系和技巧。

我家也是2个孩子，国内老人每年差不多在这边不到半年，你说的那些电器我也是每天都在用，
而且我估计用的比你只多不少，但是我家煤气+电的费用每个月也就300多，也是contact的。
你的电费绝对不正常啊，如果不是被别人偷电，漏电，就有可能是你家某些电器非常费电，应该考虑更换了。

Contact 一点都不便宜，你如果真的花到每月三百多，一定有挺大的空间可以省。
你如果有最近的电费单的话，可以发给我一份，我给你参考一下。
