想了解一下，以备后用。我知道国内的相关法律，但对新西兰一窍不通。

在新西兰，什么情况下可以实施正当防卫？
什么情况有无限防卫权？
非residence, 实施正当防卫，有无遣送的可能？

我只知道，一个不小心就会从正当防卫变成Assault。力度掌握不好出人命还得吃官司。

normal civilian have no rights to exercise s39 40 41....
s48 covers all, because everything comes back to s48...
