We are one of the leading hospitality companies in Wellington and currently have an exciting office support opportunity available.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Daily bookkeeping
- Daily cashier checks
- Cross checking and daily reporting
- Administration and office support
- Support to front line staff
- Ensure the company policy, procedure, work methods and systems
- Provide assistant to the Operations Supervisor
You will ensure the effective day to day operation of all office support resources.
Key competencies and skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Bookkeeping and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- To-do-attitude and willingness to work "until the job is done"
- Ability to cope with high volume of work, varying workloads, interruptions and able to work under pressure
- Proficient with numbers and attention to details
- Must be honest, trustworthy and reliable
Ideal candidates should have AT LEAST 1 years working experience in similar position.
