各位前辈，本人会计金融毕业，本科，待业。在找工作方面各位能给些建议吗？比如除了seek 还有什么途径啊？等等。

平时有part time吗？找人力资源公司想想办法。。。

Aim high but accept to start low, don't set the target too high, especially you are a fresh grade, should take any opportunity that's comes across you.

Nowadays, normal entry-level accounting role, we are getting 75 - 150 applications t. In NZ we focus more on experiences/personality than qualifications.

As saying - skill can train and personality can't.

So all the best in your job search, improve yourself in presentation - career center in the university should able to help you out.

呵呵运气很重要像LS说的面试其实很主观完全看请人的那位想找什么性格的人
