关于rate的，那个什么Uniform Annual General Charge 是什么意思？cbd所有的property 一定要有吗？

UAGC is non-differential charges for all properties, so you can understand it as fixed charges. glad that answers ur question.

Otherwise if you have further questions regarding to the rates, you can call our helpdesk and we'll be glad to help you on that.

the project is on-going and I have just started the job, business requirement is complicated, may answer some generic questions but cannot go into detail there.
I guess most of the IT here are supporting roles, I am a few here that doing some dev, most of the dev ofcourse, is contracted out.

if the parking is a separate rateable property(commercial, business), UAGC should apply(some of them is 50% ratable i believe).UAGC is always 350... in your rating letter, you'll always see the breakdown, and for rebate/questions, auckland council have some very friendly staff to help you with, so don't hesistate to give a call if you want to be specific.

i called them 3 times and emailed once, got different answers everytime, and no respond to my email(at least 10 working days). (that's what u might called as "friendly")

Anyway

也许我的英语不够好没能表达清楚，但是council 给的答案每次都不一样，要不就是说如果我不是owner 就没有权利知道detail，要不就是让我去问owner为什么有的parking 有UAGC 有的没有。。。
这让我想到了伟大祖国的公务员们啊啊啊啊
ls的是好人，如果能帮我引荐某位在rating dept做的人那就更好了，最好能说中文，这样沟通能更顺畅了。。。

如果Parking 是另外的title就有uagc拉。rating的business case 那边貌似确实是没有华人在做的
反正Uagc 就是一个title收350, 挺straight forward的啊

樓上相信rating 那邊應該有華人不過不知樓主是哪個區而已還有要說的是 council的華人員工普遍非常低調有些甚至好像不太想特別因自己是華人而願意多為華人(像不會說英文的)服務的再說做了領導也不見得會appreciate 整個巿政府文化就是這樣所以樓主還是算了

我也知道基本上只要是seperate title就有UAGC,那Stratum in Freehold算独立的title了吧，为什么有些车位有UAGC有些车位没有UAGC呢

is the "Parking" you're talking about a separate title or as attachment of a title?
