隔壁邻居家养的破狗没日没夜的乱叫，找他们说过，但是他们都是租房子的，屋主不住这里，也不肯告诉我屋主的联系方式。
求助好心人，怎么才能联系到屋主或者我该向哪里投诉啊？在这样下去没法过啦。。。。

call 941 8999, this is the christchurch city council number, they ask for animal control.
if you keep calling more than 3 times, the landloard will receieve warning letter from the council,
if it happens again.....they will be fined. hope it helps.
sorry cant type chinese because I am in the office...

有animal control，之前隔壁的狗也天天叫，后来不知道谁投诉，然后他们的人找到我家来。。。。我又把他们指到隔壁去了。之后就再没叫过。
听说狗会被带走训练几天然后送回来
