标题: 緊缺職業工簽被要求補資料 [打印本页]

最近把工簽遞上去了，申請的是緊缺職業
我的學歷是資訊管理系
申請的項目是web developer
有雇主的合約書
可是我的工作經驗證明只有一年
因為之前服務三年的公司倒閉了，所以找不到公司，也找不到主管幫我寫工作證明

前幾天接到移民局的信要求我再補資料
他們不認為資訊管理系能符合web developer這個職業，認為這個學位是偏商業類的
也要求我再補工作經驗

移民局要求我在二週內把材料補齊
現在問題是，我沒有任何的材料能交給他們了，能交的都交上去了

請問，我有辦法改申請一般工簽，而不要申請緊缺職業嗎？？

可以。
改成Essential Skills的工签就可以了

Ann可不可以把移民官的原话贴出来，就是说学位不符合的这部分，看他的依据是什么

之前的公司是沒有合同的，也沒有銀行轉帳，所以完全沒辦法證明
現在就想說能不能改申請Essential Skills

跟老闆商量後，老闆要找律師來幫我，他不要讓我自已重新申請，因為怕公司上黑名單

1. 首先移民官质疑的是公司offer给你的职位不在长期短缺列表，这个你怎么解释？

2. 移民官怎么会说你的学位是Bachelor of Business Administration，而你说是 Bachelor of Information Management？

3. 我说的改成Essential Skills的工签，不是让你重新申请，而是跟移民官说，按Essential Skills的来处理，让他立马批了。

4. 如果跟移民官吱一声就按Essential Skills工签批了，为什么还要找律师呢？
