父母和(外)祖父母的多次入境签证
Immigration New Zealand reserves the right to request additional information in the course of assessing an application and to retain information and documents on file. 新西兰移民局有权利在审理申请过程中要求申请人递交补充材料,并保留申请人递交的信息及材料。
If you provide false or misleading information your application may be declined.

Who can be included in an application?

A couple 夫妻
Parent(s) with dependant children under 20 applying at the same time for the same duration can
apply together on one application form. 父母偕同 20 岁以下未成年子女,相同时间出行。 All clients aged 17 or over must complete the supplementary form.
所有 17 岁及以上的申请人须完整填写补充申请表。
You do not have to provide original documents when you lodge your application, but if
you choose to, please provide a copy along with the original.

CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS (17 years of age or above) 品行要求(17 岁及以上)

健康要求

You must provide a completed General Medical Certificate (INZ 1007) unless you have provided a Medical Certificate to INZ within the 36 months preceding your application, and
a completed Chest X-ray Certificate (INZ 1096) PDF.
Please note that a chest x-ray certificate is NOT required if:
you have provided a Chest X –ray Certificate to INZ within the 36 months preceding this application, and
you have not spent the previous six consecutive months in China, Hong Kong or another country that is not a low-incidence country for tuberculosis (TB).

Certificates must be less than 3 months old when the application is submitted.

From 16 April 2012 visa applications from people who are resident in Hubei and Hunan provinces will be processed in Shanghai along with those from residents of Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui, Jiangsu and Jiangxi.

Applications must be lodged either in person or by mail at the New Zealand Visa Application Centre (NZVAC) at:

Applications for visas from people who are resident in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Henan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang must be lodged, either in person or by mail at the Beijing NZVAC.

Applications can be submitted to the New Zealand Visa Application Centre between 8.00 am and 3.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Applications which are sent from outside China should still be sent to Immigration New Zealand directly, not to the NZVAC.

请问下楼主，3年往返回头签证是不是有一个要求是说，要求父母每半年就要办理出境1次才行啊? 就是说要出国1次再回来？望解答谢谢

我父亲的体检结果血小板偏低，上海的签证中心说把结果寄到新西兰总部来了，要6-8周，但是因为我要生孩子了，时间怕来不及，有什么可以加快的办法吗？一般如果只有这一项有问题会被拒吗？

应该是的，一次最多只能呆半年，不过去一趟斐济什么的就可以了

1025 sponsorship form中有一项需要填的逗留时间应该填6months还是18months还是36months？
