I think the house price is relevant to interest rate, if the interest rate is lower than 6%, the house price will continue to rise to a point that renting is more economical to buying, then the price will stablise until the interest rate is jumping up to 7%.作者: sheena86 时间: 2012-10-27 23:24:07

number of sales是成交量, 所谓listing数量指的是还没成交的,也就是在市场上可供购买的,sales数量很高,恰恰导致本来就不多的listing数量达到历史低位,也就是房源供应紧缺~作者: John.G 时间: 2013-4-9 18:02:38
