Since the Slingshot website got upgraded, the iTalk features configuration has not been able to be used any more.This configuration is very important to me and I need to use it every day. I have made a couple of phone calls to deal with this matter on the phone, but never get resolved and every time it wasted most of my day on the phone. At last the problem is still there and it has been nearly FOUR weeks already! I don't believe it is something very difficult. It's just about the responsibility and efficiency. Now I feel a bit tired of this. I have been with and supporting Slingshot for more than 4 years, but I am feeling I'm losing confidence and patience for many repeated issues I experienced during the past months, i.e.,the broadband speed limit and the newly happened italk configuration problem, etc.
Now I received a payment reminder email from Slingshot. That becomes a trigger for me to drop off these lines complaining the poor services I have received. I didn't get the full service that is boasted to be, but I have to do the full payment???
