Will move to new house, landlord ask pay extra water charge (we should not pay water charge actually, we only need pay power charge),

We agree to pay $10/pw, but they want $20/pw. WTF... Anybody can tell me normal usage for 4 people living?

北岸不清楚哦。。。以我们来说，保守估计也要60-70一个月，包括排污费。我觉得要上到80也不难。

The problem is the rent include water charge for 2 bedrooms (one double one single), we have one extra people live here for one month (become to 4 people living) so I think $10/pw should be fair enough.

yes, actually they do not deposit my bond to Dept of Building and Housing but ask for 3 weeks bonds.

我觉得比较合理，80一个月，4个人你就美吧，我刚北岸收到上两个月水费，家里3大1小，每个月100刀

可能是因为合同是水费涨价之前签的吧？涨价之后确实多了很多
