If an animal management officer visits my property, as a registered dog owner, am i required to give them my personal details and those of my dog (eg. full name, date of birth and cotact details?)# S$ m5 z6 ^* Y' g1 f, T2 ]6 j

a. no, under the Privatcy Act i dont have to give out that information
6 i8 D, d2 s0 z; jb. yes, failure to provide the information could result in a $750 fine
; F1 w8 b/ F' b- [  h  n/ N6 C4 `8 I0 e1 fc. yes, but only if my dog has committed an offence! }% P9 {4 L. |- ^6 y: E9 y. ]
