there will be a modest increase in your annual electricity costs due to you are a low user.

What does that mean? Powershop will increase the annual power cost by $50 ?

Shall we switch to other power company???

我也收到了这封信，说我是low user,要涨$79。有一种被欺骗的感觉。当初加入的时候也没说之后少用了要涨价啊。结果用了一年了，说要涨价。哪有这样的公司呢？大家有什么好的推荐么？

是嫌你用电太少，他们赔本，所以要多收你钱。很多人都受到这样的待遇了
