问一下各位，我拿pr马上要到3年了，但是我还有一个未成年的妹妹，是否在新政策下这个情况不符合T1的申请资格呢？

好像必须独生子女吧。。。还有独生子女证什么的

t1可以的。t2不可以。

不管T1还是T2都不可以有未成年子女，必须等未成年子女成年后父母才能申请移民。成年子女如果想移民要靠自己。
