Careerevent for Chinese speaking students and alumni
Universityof Auckland Chinese Alumni Association is presenting a "Career Expo forcurrent and graduate students".
More than40 companies from Shenzhen (on the border with Hong Kong) will be coming to theUniversity to recruit for 1200 jobs. Examples of opportunities includebiological medicine (79), medical and health (64), finance (132), electronicsand IT (524), energy (39), integrated business (83), art and design, includingarchitecture (43), manufacturing (106), high-tech (18), culture (72), costumejewellery (18) and more.

Venue: University of Auckland Fale, 5-7pm on 11 September 2012.
Targetaudience:Chinese speaking students and alumni as well as others who study internationalbusiness, international relations or Asian studies who would like to work inChina.

I only have a bachelor degree. not enoughto work in China.

It seems the requirement for most the jobs is Master or above.
For sure a Doc will be beneficial

There are many tons of Masters graduates in China already. Normal jobs will pick Masters, but a Ph.D with some postdoc experiences and good publications can probably start his/her own company with lots supports from the country.

我觉得回国工作不光要有学历，海外的工作经验也很重要，尤其是相关行业的工作经验。我两年前在国内工作时敢说就很深，我不敢说搞RESEARCH的怎么样，单是做ACCOUNTING的对工作经验的要求就很高。现在的企业也比较现实了，也不会再单一的追求高学历。当然，这只是对商科的而言。

回国给人打工前途有可能光明，道路相对曲折。
