光安装中文语言包不能解决这个问题，还需要最关键的一步

WIN7以上都已经解决了。

LZ用的是XP吧？或者后台是2003的terminal.

Control Panel-->>Regional and Language options-->>Tick install file for East Asian Languages -->>Advanced -->>Select Non-Unicode Programs you want to use to Chinese(PRC)
