你去税务局的网站注册你的税号，然后登陆进去，可以看到你缴税和收入的详细资料。

才刚刚开始工作，不过以前从事过其他工作老板说是打税的但是当时对ird一点都不懂后来上网查，打税记录尼玛神马都没有

如过你是被雇佣的，无论是直接给现金还是打到你账上，税前最低工资都该是13.5. 不一定打到你账上的就表示你老板已经给你交税了。上IRD网站，登录你的帐号内，看老板有没有给你扣税。

好像13.5是对正式员工的（看你老板咋说了）。如果不到一定岁数，或者是新手什么的，最低工资都是不一样的。如果你老板认为你不是熟练工（不知道中文意思是不是这样，反正就这意思）就可以给比这个13。5低的。好像10.8或者8都有可能。具体可以上网查。

扣税有时半年一次，一两个月不一定显示？一般三四个月应该有显示。另外工资单什么的，或工时表（timesheet) 很重要。

Anyone who thinks they are being paid less than the minimum wage should call the Department of Labour on 0800 20 90 20.

The rates that apply to new entrants, and employees on the training minimum wage (before tax), are:

$10.80 an hour, which is
$86.40 for an 8-hour day or
$432.00 for a 40-hour week.

Employees have to be paid at least the minimum hourly wage rate for any extra time worked over eight hours a day or 40 hours a week.

说实话真不明白竟然有低于最低工资的pay, 这应该是一告一个准的，必然胜诉，还可以得到补偿，为什么不这样做呢？难道有自身的原因？比如不合法打工？如果是这样，就不要抱怨了，只能接受了。一家之言，希望不会太错。

最低工资是在合法打工的基础上而言的。没有合法打工签证就谈不上要求最低工资标准。

是啊，如果没有合法打工签证，就不要在这里抱怨了。双方都不在理，只是五十步和百步的区别而已。
