我在一家公司有个1年的全职工作的合同'但是我现在做了4个月了'因为一些原因要辞职了'我可以有1周的带薪假期吗'还是必须要做满1年才能享有年假'谢谢

洋人公司是上班的第一天就计算年假辞职时如果时间不多给现金

假期是从开始上班的第一天就开始累积了,可是有些公司是要求必须工作6个月以上才可以休带薪假期

试用期完了之后的第一天算起,我所在的洋人公司就这么做.也就是90天后才有.算欺骗吗?

合同上怎么写的还有你接不接受那90天的条款应当是这样吧反正我的是上班第一天就开始计算年假了你问得我有点不敢肯定

You probably cannot take annual leave prior to your termination date ( NZ law requires 1 year services before entitlement, though Some companies allow their employee to take A/L in advance, really depends on Company police) . but anyway any outstanding holiday pay will be paid to you.

嗯... ... 我知道；楼主问的也许不是"休“年假的问题，他现在已经resigned （terminated the contract)了，他问的也许是如果签了那90天条款，公司是该给1mth 还是 4mths的leave/holiday pay吧。我不确定自己认为的对不对？

发了就感觉不对了，是6楼问的，不是楼主；6楼说他那个洋人公司是按90天之后算年假的所以他想申诉。不好意思。
