Did anybody heard of the clauses in the employment contact as sth like 90 days trial period plus 6 months probation period? Some others like prohibition of joining competitor right after quit the current company  .....

damn, this restraint of trade clause is so confusing and complicated....but there's also one in my contract.

Actually what is the difference between trial period and probation period? In my contract, employer and employee has the right to terminate the contract according to the law.  However, in probation period, nothing related to the lawl, I dont know what purpose for this probation period...

让雇主解释。
一般发了offer,会给你几天考虑时间,也会让你在这段时间对offer内容提问。

I have never tried dealing with that clause, I'll just accept it. haha

这个不能跳到竞争对手工作 看起来像是新西兰这边公司的霸王条款,你现在找工作不得不同意。
在中国,有这一条要求的,是要给你补偿,离职后每个月固定发一定比例的补偿,在禁止跳到竞争对手期间。
