I need to go through 100 spreadsheets to find few names. I'm thinking 2 solutions to do that.
1) combine all 100 spreadsheets into 1 sheet. then ctrl F to find the name. How to combine all???
2) use access. HOw to use access

any other suggestions . many thanks

ctrl F --> 选项 --> 修改“范围”为“spreadsheet”，然后输入要查找的内容，自动会查找所有的spreadsheet的

如果已经是同一个文件里的不同sheet, 就很简单. 比如上面说的改ctrl f- option, 或者"select all sheets", 然后ctrl F.

如果100个文件, 那就建议编个简单的macro.....
