i saw a website, it said, normally in the interview, the HR speciallists will ask the female applicants what their plans are, if the applicant is not smart enough, she could say get married and make herself a family. then the HR speciallist knows the female could cause potential extra cost to the organisation. such applicant has lower chance of being employed by the organisation...

it's normal if you been asked the questions such as if you married or having child, if you don't like to answer, just say: sorry, can I don't answer the question...

An employee is entitled to a minimum of 4 weeks' paid annual holidays once they have completed 12 months' of service with an employer. Employees must be given the opportunity to take at least 2 weeks of their annual holiday entitlement within 12 months of becoming entitled to the leave. If the employee chooses, the employer must allow the employee to take at least 2 of their 4 weeks' annual leave in a continuous period.
想问一下MAY 这段话的意思是说只要满一年就有四周holiday pay 还是从满一年之后才开始算,就是两年之后才有四周?谢谢
