想请朋友来纽玩，不知道有没有人知道邀请函有什么特殊格式和要求吗？

无特定格式。但如果以公司名义邀请你的朋友来商务考察的话，成功的几率会大增。

I xxxxxxx, New Zealand resident. I  have invited my  friend xxxxxxx to travel to visit relatives in  New Zealand from July to August .
My friend owns real estate, stocks and has  adequate bank savings to pay for all  her expenses  while in New Zealand. She will live at the above  address.
I will make sure that she leaves the country before the  deadline.
