政府部门的permy 不能比私人机构的工资高这是规定的
但问题是很多都是contractor 钱多事少一个字爽

不见得，比如说我知道有的java senior的band比市场上高出很多，至少比data**m多很多，真正做到人傻钱多。contractor倒是越来越少了

从统计学来分析，AKL的就业人口应该比WLG多（我没数据，猜的），那么AKL的就业人口里的薪水范围和方差该比WLG大（也没具体数据），所以有这个结果。

exactly. 而且做的好的話， contract是不停renew，再renew。哈哈。然後拿的是contract rate
