标题: 租用商业物业, 物业内的住房部分,能claim GST 吗? ........................ [打印本页]

如题, 租的是仓库, 仓库带2房住的 ,请问住的部分能算公司的开支吗? 可以要回GST 吗? 请有经验的指教{:8_496:}

你的仓库和楼上住房租金是一起的吗？如果是，那可能已经包含了gst。当然和仓库租金一起退了。

是一起的, 按商业来写合同的. 就是不确定住的和仓库本身是不是有区别?

租金在一起可以在GST税单的box 11 claim GST, 但同时要在box 9 做adjustment, 把住房部分的GST 交回给IRD.

意思就是住房部分的GST等于是claim不回的, 因为退了还要再交上去?????

Yes. You can use IR372 GST adjustment calculation sheet, focus on item one: Private use of business goods and services for annual or period-by-period adjustments, to work out how much GST you need to pay back.
