标题: 工签中想换公司容易吗？讨教有经验的上班族们~ [打印本页]

我拿的是工签，两年的，才开始两个月。现在想跳槽了，不知道工签的问题如何解决。
有经验的xdjm可以说说吗？

还有一个问题就是，现在potential的职位是一年contract。这个时间长度足够签证或是PR吗？

2年工签如果是under现在雇主名下的，转工签必须是相同的职位。

另外只有1年的contract没办法转，因为你工签还有1年多啊。

最后contract的工作办pr比较麻烦，需要证明你有contract工作的history。

建议最好还是找permanent的工作吧。

1 year contract you may cannot get PR, not stable...
Permanent should be ok but still depend on some factors.
change work permit should be easy...

会很麻烦。你现有工签上注有你的Position 和所属公司。新公司办新工签一般需要开出significant improvement 的 Job Offer 和 Job Description。在工资涨幅不超过7%（一般默认最低年工资增长率）的情况下，你需在新申请中附加解释跳槽原因，且仅限于公司原因，例如无法融入企业文化，不适应企业竞争压力。像离家远近的个人原因一般NZIM是不认可的。
另外，新工作一年合同制不要紧，但需要新公司把1年制放在 Permanent Position 的Title下。
能否拿下PR和工签本身关系不大，主要看你的Position 和 Promotion. 尤其是，Job Description中能出现不可替代的工作内容和Duty.例如公司需要你的中文服务语言能力。

1年conteact是可以转的，即使现有两年工签没到期。不过你说的是现实，我说的是理论上 ^_^
当时NZIM对我转工签的要求，就一句话：you need to show the significant promotion and the acceptable reason. 最变态的就是这个acceptable reason, 因为不是reasonable reason. 能否接受全看NZIM的心情。结果我转了，我一哥们不仅没转成，旧老板在他辞职当天就电话NZIM取消他的工签，三周后他才递新材料上去，一直疯掉。

This is the problem, so normally LZ should get new job offer and apply new Work Permit, if approved then tell the current employer.

U right. BUT in reality, its nt easy. We no there is an usually 4 weeks quit notice in adv. Thats a big trouble. U can nt apply new visa b4 the due-day, because u r already employed & the former boss nt sign & confirm ur quit. U can nt quit until former boss sign it. Meanwhile the new boss can say no for ur PAYE as u hav nt got visa under new company' name. So, the gap turns up, the former boss signed & u quit on 28/06. then u work 4 new boss on 29/06 & hand in ur new visa apply without PAYE record. couple wiks later, when NZIM requires ur PAYE recod to approve ur income from new boss, still Nothing at all !
By the open visa is easy, NZIM accepts unpaid PAYE extension. Once the visa issued the boss can pay back & no fine for the PAYE Delay from IRD. By transfer visa the IRD will fine the new boss if PAYE delayed, IRD nt care long process in NZIM.
