List the countries u and/or ur family have lived in for 12 months or more in (whether on one visti or intermittently)the last 10 years, with the dates began and ended living there.

我都是每年回去一次，2-4周都有。。只有给了4个填时间段的地方，难道每次回国的时间都要填？
我回去的是时间全部加起来也没有一年的时间。

晕了。。。完全不知道怎么弄。。

需要填写，不够就想想办法写在空白地方。

如果你在过去的十年内没有在国内呆超过12个月，那就不需要填写。
