C6 You must provide a medical certificate if:
you are applying for a work to residence visa, or you plan to be in New Zealand for 12 months or longer (including any time you have already spent in New Zealand)
and, either you have not provided a medical certificate to Immigration New Zealand with a previous visa application, or you have provided a medical certificate to Immigration New Zealand but that certificate was dated by your
medical examiner more than 24 months ago.
C7 You must provide an X-ray Certificate for Temporary Entry (INZ 1096) if you plan to be in New Zealand for between
six and 12 months, and:
you are from, or have visited for more than three months, a place that is outside the list of ‘Countries, areas,
and territories with a low incidence of tuberculosis’, and either:
you have never previously provided an X-ray certificate to Immigration New Zealand, or you have previously provided an X-ray certificate but it was dated by your medical examiner more than
24 months ago.
