Employer superannuation contribution tax (ESCT) Is the ESCT on kiwisaver is complusaory?

Employer pay 2% kiwisaver, is it taxable (ESCT)?

can anybody help?

is it said the 2% exemption from ESCT is ongoing,

if the employer is paying 4% for kiwisaver, the another 2% is taxable, if only paying 2% for kiwisaver , then it is exempted from ESCT?

现在所有的雇主部分都要交ESCT，没有例外！！！

必须要缴的。
以前雇员的part因为有交PAYE,所以这一部分算是缴了税，而雇主的part没有，单纯给你的福利。
现在等于连雇主的part也得缴税了。国家想出来的新捞钱的好办法。高明。。。

is the ESCT is put in the PAYE colume when we prepare the IR345/EMS ??

我记得IR345貌似没有这一栏，有可能是税局直接扣。

ESCT 在ir348里是不显示的，但是KSR那部分要写上扣去ESCT的数字，ESCT 只能在IR345体现出来。千万别写错了，不然IRD就打电话问了。
