Just paid the rates today. I knew  it is cheaper in eastern area. but did not know would be that much of difference.

House at Howick. CV $485,000, Rates  $1,636.72
House at Glenfield. CV $425,000, Rates  $1,988.48

Why ??? there 60,000 difference in value already and have to pay $350 more for the rates?

howick污水费是另算的。但是北岸没有AECT分红
